Community Support Program

The Community Support Program provides a holistic service to people of all ages who have an intellectual disability and their families residing in Southern York Region. This program strives to empower people in directing their own lives and supporting families in helping themselves.

Referrals are accepted from self, family members, doctors, educational professionals, and/or community service providers.
